NORTHWEST INDIANA

A full-time opportunity exists for a Board Certified/Board Eligible, Fellowship Trained Pain Management Specialist immediately.

Growing Interventional Pain Management practice specializing in the Diagnosis and treatment of back and spinal pain has an immediate opening For a Board Certified Pain Management Physician.

Our facility features an onsite fluoroscopy suite. Perform all image guided Procedures (discography, epidurals, facet and sacroiliac blocks), Radiofrequency, spinal cord stimulation implants, etc.

  • Must be trained in most advanced interventional procedures.
  • Board Certification/Board Eligibility in Pain Management is required.
